When it comes to annual maintenance, it’s best to schedule your appointment during our “off-season”, which is typically February-September. - Remove ash from your ashbox
- Clear any valuables on your hearth and within a 5-6 foot radius
- Discontinue use of the appliance being serviced for at least 24 hours. In order to safely clean and inspect your system, we need the appliance to be cool
- If you have a pet, please be sure to keep tit safely contained during the appointment
